When something feels stuck in your life, try pulling back and looking at the energy.

To see something energetically means to see below the surface. You almost have to squint your mind’s eye and see things in a different way.

When you can abstract the energy, you are able to see the blind spots you haven’t been able to see before.

You can do this however you want….

In a hard relationship situation, if you want to abstract the energy, maybe see each person as an animal. What kind of animals are you? How are you behaving together? Are you in sync? How are you expressing yourselves? What are you ignoring that you need to see in yourself? 

You can do this in your relationship with money also. 

What is the energy you bring to your thoughts when you think about money?

Do you shrink yourself and think small? Do you overpower others to get what you want? Do you share your money to the point of self-oblivion? 

Or are you aligned? Flowing, sharing and creating magically?

You can change your energy at any time.

Pull back and notice the energy you are showing up with.

Who taught you to show up with this energy?

In any relationship–be it personal relationship, relationship with money, or your relationship with a situation, like your career, there is one hard thing that must be done to change your results, and that is being honest with yourself about the energy you are embodying. 

For that reason, be sure to build in so much gentleness, self-compassion, and support around the part where you look at your own energy.

We are all growing and evolving, and no one’s energy is perfect and balanced at all times.

You deserve a medal for being willing to look at yourself.

Sometimes we are not showing up in the way we see ourselves. We can’t see what we can’t see, until we can.

Be willing to be someone who looks at your own energy.

Your energy is unique, and the more you let your energy shift and grow, the more beautiful it becomes.
